Hello everyone!  We had a great turnout for the 2014 Kid's Fishing Derby!  The volunteers and the Hatchery employees did a great job again this year to make sure the kids all had a good time!

Every year, the Friends host this event to introduce as many kids as possible to the great sport of Trout Fishing out on the banks of Dry Run Creek and the Norfork River.  It's great fun for all!

No matter your child's age, the Friends of the Norfork National Fish Hatchery has something in store!  With lunch and beverages provided for all and fishing tanks available for our really young anglers, this is an event that you really can't miss if you have a child that you want to introduce to trout fishing.
